I had seen this place from the rafters of the Port Authority one morning, and finally made it over there for lunch. I got there around 1:15 or so and it wasn't that busy (it was also pouring rain outside, which may have played a part). The menu is pretty easy to understand but they make you stumble through some pretty tough greek words. I ordered the ko·to·pou·lo (grilled chicken) and the waitress rang me up as the ko·to·pou·lo yeero (chicken shwarma) instead. I corrected her and she promised she would let the kitchen know, but I still ended up with the ko·to·pou·lo yeero anyway. It was tasty but I would have preferred what I ordered.

Nice food , but heres to the manager: i seelot of people came and handfull of them wanted tk have meal. This is because your select one is so confusing that people take too much time to go thru and its new york, they dont wanna waste so much timwle. So my suggestion is to change it to simple explanations and put authentic name in ().

Loved it. Ate there twice. The chicken and the loukaniko are delicious. Will come back again. Even the spanakopita, to be honest it didn't look like I expected it but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The yeero was good and the addition of fries were interesting. What really got me though, was the baclava. I always fall for a good baclava that has wonderfully crispy layers on top and the right amount of sweetness.In terms of service, both the cashier and the lady handing out our orders were very nice and friendly, and it made even a quick take-out order pleasant.The place itself was clean and reasonably fits a good 10 people, but generally, it's better to order take-out.
