Don't know what's going on with this place, but it's taking much longer for the food to be served. The owner needs to be there to make sure her business is functioning properly. That is not happening. Staff turnover happens regularly, which tells me things are not going well there among employees.

I used to like this place but it’s gone downhill as far as service and quality. Our last visit we placed our order around 6:10pm and finally received our salads and apps at 8pm!! Wasn’t all that busy. Wait staff is a little rude. The bartending is horrible and took 20 minutes for a Jamison in the rocks.Another issue is our out of town friends ordered the ribeye and although it was a nice chunk of meat, it was undercooked. It was literally raw and pink on the outside, and purplish on the inside. Definitely not heated to the required temperature. After sending it back they cooked it right, but having to wait 2 hours for a raw uncooked steak? Unacceptable.

This place has a smell when you walk in, the burger I ordered was awful it just felt i was chewing meat in my mouth, and the fries were cold. The only thing that was good was the wings. Besides that it really sucked. DO NOT GO HERE. This place has complete trash food.

Took an hour to get a burger, cheese steak at 8pm. Plenty of seats available. Service was terrible. It's fine if you want a seat at the bar but not recommended if you want a table.

My steak came out looked like blood on the plate and manager told me it wasn't blood from the steak but from somerhing in the kitchen on the steak not identified and would not take it off the bill as per i didn't touch it. Watch out for food contamination.
