The cookies are delicious and were delivered WARM! So yummy.

They’re called “the warm cookie,” and the name is apt. I got two dozen assorted cookies and took them to work. When we started digging in 45 minutes later, the cookies were still soft, warm, and delicious! They stayed warm a long time in the boxes, and even once they’d cooled down later in the day, they were still some of the best cookies I’ve ever had!

The Worst experience trying to order cookies. Don’t even bother. Wasted a ton of time and it still won’t work. I give up and I’m so annoyed I’ll never return.

I expected cookies to be delivered, sure, it's what you do, but you went beyond that... In the message to the recipient, I mentioned them having a ruff day and a ::picture of a dog so the intentional misspelling of 'rough' makes sense:: I honestly just expected this text to be printed, but was blown away by whoever drew the image on the card... that was a really thoughtful touch to add! Thank you very much for giving the extra effort, not expected, but definitely appreciated, thus this review.

Major Shout Out to The Warm Cookie for going ABOVE and BEYOND to rectify a mistake. The cookies I ordered for a co-workers birthday were delivered two days early. Jeff made no hesitation in offering us options to "right the wrong". I am definitely impressed with, not only the quality of the product, but also the quality of customer service.

Brandi and Aubrey were pains in the butt in a good way. But was really the coolest person ever. I will definitely be back. Love great service and cookies were good.

I have had the cookies sent to me and have sent them to my grandson. They are so good and excellent service. Wish there was an option to choose two types of cookies. I will keep ordering from Warm Cookie. I think they are one of the best cookies in Lincoln.

I have had their cookies multiple times and they are always delicious! Yesterday at work we received stuffed mini brownies from them! Wow! They might even have the cookies beat! Give them a try, they are wonderful!! Way to go Warm Cookie!😃
