A great spot for a waffle. Try the fried chicken cornmeal waffle

This place was mostly great with just a hint of ironic. The tres leches waffles with strawberries and the lemon and blueberry waffles were awesome. Coffee had a great taste. Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. The thing that was less than stellar was the biscuits and gravy. Biscuit was dry but had a good flavor. The white peppered gravy was a little bland but not bad. The irony of it all was that the waiter asked if it was ok that the gravy came with sausage in it. And then when it showed up there were literally three small cubes of sausage in it. Other than that I had no issues. Recommended.

The fat kid in me couldn’t resist the churro waffles. A friend and I arrived just after opening and within 15 minutes the place was packed. The food was amazing and the staff although very busy was friendly.
