Tweezers are the new cross disciplinary tool in the hand of chefs and these medical devices allow boundary pushing experience of scale and texture. However, Rob Sidor is sacrificing flavor in his food, trying to please all that walk in. The ambience and service were immpecable and Chip Roman could do more from his talented pool of chefs by pushing them to be themselves. The menu is limited but with a handfull of items there is not a single item that a patron would want again. There are plenty of OK restaurants in Philadelphia and I would like to see Rob increase his repitoire of dishes. The restaurant will be better with time.
