One of the best bakeries anywhere. What I like most is that they cook with butter instead of cheap oils like canola or soy oil, both of which are way too common in baked goods these days. Everything is fresh and has great flavor and texture. I look forward to coming here whenever we are in Spring Lake.

They always have one or two gluten free options. But, this place is basically an homage to gluten!!
Yes they have. They have everything.
They make an amazing baguette! You can even buy them frozen to take home and "finish."
