Tried the wrap, but wish there were already some type of signature wraps to choose from on the menu. Adding additional items after you choose 5 adds up.

Was "trapped" downtown today in the same building as The Salad Factory. Opted to visit them instead of walking around trying to find lunch. GREAT decision! Got a whole wheat wrap with spring mix, tomatoes, olives, feta, onions, chicken, with Ranch. It was good enough that I stopped in again before leaving and bought another one for dinner. Ingredients were fresh, the place looked clean, and the staff was attentive, quick, and friendly. Nice job Salad Factory!

The chicken on my salad was boiled, which made for an unpleasant smell and taste. In my opinion, the chicken should be grilled. Left a lot to be desired in my opinion...a bit stingy on the toppings, especially for a $10 salad. Probably won't be back.

Biscuits and gravy were awesome, well worth 3 bucks. The guy that served them out was very friendly, would definitely recommend.

Ordered a salad and paid extra for chicken. After picking up the salad I opened it to find ground chicken... Gross. No one eats ground chicken none the less on a salad. Also ordered hummus and naan bread for $3.29. For that price I received one small piece of naan and a small salad dressing container of hummus. I would avoid this place and just get a salad from somewhere else.

Amazing! Fresh everything! The Greek feta dressing is the best dressing ever! The only complaint is the apples seemed like they were soaked in something overly sweet. I understand apples with brown easily so I'm sure it's necessary but too sweet for me. They give plenty of dressing so a second was wasn't actually needed unless you like a ton of dressing it is an extra charge. I've been twice in less than a month and will return when i can!
