Homemade, 100 percent organic and vegan. You can choose from 20 different types of ice cream. Instead of cow’s milk, soy cream, rice drink or – for raw variations – almond puree is being used. The ice cream is naturally sweetened only with dates and thickened cane or apple juice. Creamy and tasty like Italian Gelato, just without any animal ingredients! And if you fancy something savoury now, at the same Place, in the Sacred restaurant you will find an abundant buffet with vegan and organic whole food. Soul food at its finest!
