Ordered when they opened and picked up the food around 11:30. All 9 orders were correct, hot, clearly marked, and they were nice enough to add a "sampler" of the different sauces for everyone to try. Very nice people to deal with and everyone really liked what they ordered. Only thing I heard was that the slaw didn't have a lot of flavor but that is way down the list of issues that really matter since your lunch/dinner isn't ruined over a side dish. When my company orders out again for BBQ The Rusty Tapp will be my first recommendation when I'm in Caucasian Ranch.

Went here looking for brickyard, found this gem instead. Food is great, can't brag about the ribs enough. Meat falling off the bone! This is a full service restaurant now and the servers are very attentive and gave top notch service! Can't wait to visit Colorado again, this place is on my must stop and eat list.

Sweet. Mary. Lou!! I could die happy if Rusty Tapp served me my last meal! Order their Triple Threat and bask in the flavor. And their Mac n cheese. And.... Well, everything. Oh, and cool people too:)
