3 out of 5, because 3 of our 5 meals were acceptable. My Steak and Mushroom pie was quite good, although gravy portion, served in a separate bowl, was not quite enough. That said, I did not request more. My wife's French onion soup was very good, as were her deep fried zucchini sticks (portion size was small for the price). Chicken finger order was also good, as were fries. Now the bad. My granddaughter had fish and chips. The batter close to the fish was not cooked, and my granddaughter wouldn't eat any. Very disappointing, and I would normally have complained, but others in our party wanted to just pay and leave. Also, my daughters clubhouse was very poor, a thought she did manage to eat almost half of it. Again, didnt want to complain. Not sure I would return to this location, and certainly would not recommend for food.

It's a typical pub, with typical pub food & drinks. Decent variety of specials all week long.

Went there for trivia they hold every monday night. It was a great time. The food we ordered was great. Pricey, as most pubs like this area. But I'd recommend it.

Unfortunately, no longer offers the lamb burger (which I thought was very good!), but the burger with avocado and bacon was a nice substitute.

I've been to the oak on Kent a couple of times. I had the smoked meat poutine. It looked really good. Quality of the smoked meat was inferior...my poor septic system

Less busy than the one on Bank usually so you can be in and out quicker

Great drink deals daily, we have had great experiences made possible by a great server, highly recommend you ask to be seated in Stacey's section if you're looking for a good laugh and great recommendations

Amazing soup. Sandwich was very dry. Had to add my own mustard even though mustard was listed as an ingredient on the menu that would be in the sandwich. That was a little frustrating. Salad was good, and burger was also good.

Service was great - even able to accommodate our slightly short timeline. Helpful server, and surprisingly good food.
