Everyone loves a solid greasy dinner, and Roxy is slaying the game. Their food is consistent, good, and a great value. Service is funny and friendly. The atmosphere is kitschy and kind of dive-y, but in a cozy, comfortable way. Veg/vegan options available. NO BOOZE, so don't go in with that expectation.

Always a pleasure. Perfect Portland quirk, great food and endless coffee for all. The best part is that this spot is NOT one of those “wait for two hours for brunch “ spots. It’s a local gem, definitely not your church going Friend’s Diner.

The bar next door let us order the food there, eat it there and buy drinks from the Roxy, as well as have our plates served there, outside on the picnic benches. Supposedly they share menus so we could've also sat in the bar but we had my small dog with us. But they were so nice at the bar that they offered to let the dog come in the restaurant.
