Although not authentic, the taste is reasonably good. Pork is cold and the bamboo shoot is not the right kind. Noodle is well cooked.

This is probably the most proper ramen bar I've been to lately. There are no menus, but there is a chalk board with standard dishes and toppings. I believe that the board could be organized little more, as there is a lot of noise there. Nevertheless, this ramen is what I expect out of every other ramen restaurant; great broth, flavorful chasu, and springy yet firm noodles. I wouldn't say this is great craft ramen, but I would never say no to eating a bowl from here.

WE HAVE PORK AND VEGGIE RAMEN OPTIONS AS WELL
I don't think so. The cooks are in the sight behind the bar and I haven't seen anything weird going in. It's advertised as house-made broth and it isn't overly salty tasting so I wouldn't expect msg.
