The Pizza Peel and Tap Room

From the beginning it has been our goal to create the best pizza crust in town; one that is chewy on the inside yet crunchy on the outside. Before we pile on our gourmet toppings we use a combination of extra virgin olive oil, fresh yeast, molasses and a touch of wheat flour to create our distinctive flavor sensation that will leave customers running to tell their friends. Not in the mood for pizza? Patrons can feast their tastebuds on some of our other scrumptious menu items. We serve up some of the tastiest wings in town in a variety of flavors including Buffalo, Teriyaki, Inferno, Jerk Sauce, and Tong’s Sweet Chili Sauce. With our array of delectable choices in salads, pastas, soups, and sandwiches we have a filling dish for even the pickiest of palates. The Vibe we have created through our love for people, family, live music, events & community has allowed us to open our second location at the corner of Central Avenue and Thomas Street, right in the heart of Plaza Midwood.
