The Pizza Cart

Not only is this the best pizza place in town, it is the best restaurant in all of Cedar City. I love the fact that they have pizza that has an authentic Italian style. They also have many other kind of pizza including dessert pizza. The gelato that they make is also really good! I highly recommend this place.

The Pizza Cart is not the place you go to get any old pizza. You go there for an amazing experience and for amazing food. I like that the food is yummy and unique enough to make it special but not so expensive and exclusive as Centro. They have done a great job at making a nice but relaxed atmosphere. Great food, great people, great place, great story! I don't just feel full when I leave, I feel like a better person when I leave.

They were awesome back when they were literally operating a pizza cart and have only gotten better now operating out of a restaurant. Great people and the food is awesome! Wish I lived close by still

Perhaps the best pizza I’ve had in Utah, and not to mention one of the best priced as well. The cashier seemed like she didn’t really know what she was doing but that didn’t deter from the amazing pizza. It came out quickly and was piping hot. All of the employees were extremely friendly and even engaged in conversation with us. I’m sold on this pizza and definitely will be coming back.

This place was one of the only vegan-friendly restaurants in the area so it did the trick. They actually have a pizza called the vegan but unfortunately they did not offer vegan cheese at the time (which I didn't know until I got my pizza). As mentioned below, they now offer vegan cheese so that's awesome! The gluten-free crust was really good and definitely the best gluten-free crust I've ever had! Staff was friendly.

Fantastic pizza joint. Locally owned and operated. The pizzas are made in front of you in their one of a kind oven. The results are amazing too - delicious pizzas with a perfect crisp on the crust. Flavors were spot on too! The dessert pizza was a good choice as well. Don’t pass on that option. Make sure to give these guys a try (again and again). These are the establishments we need more of. Nice work Pizza Cart!

I get to eat here a lot since I work in the area. I must say their customer service is always fantastic and they keep the place well kept all the time. Prices are convenient and they serve sizeable portions.

Loved it! Fast and friendly service. Thin crust was crisp and delicious. Split the Cowboy between 2 people and it was perfect for lunch

Pizza Cart is the best bang for your buck in Cedar City. This pizza is great and its perfect right out of the oven. I suggest the Chicken Bacon Ranch.

Wow, some of the best pizza anywhere. Wood fired, brick oven baked, crispy, gooey, tomatoey goodness! I really like the sauce. It’s a flavorful tomato without being over powering. The Margherita pizza is excellent, the cowboy pizza is different and good, and even the basic pepperoni pizza is great. Next time I’m going for the Greek pizza with feta and tzatziki sauce!

----Listen here---This is the best pizza I've ever had in my life, and I have had a LOT of pizza....... Do not take me for exaggerating here.The chicken bacon ranch is my #1 favorite food in the world. All I can say is, PLEASE FRANCHISE. The world needs more pizza cart! The homemade gelato is precious and I wake up in the night dreaming of the Nutella dessert pizzas and raspberry pecan salads. If you charged $50 per pizza, I'd still pay. I never EVER hesitate to bring friends and family here. We have known this business since it was a cart outside of Ace Hardware, and they are building an empire of deliciousness and amazing service. Now that I've moved away, sometimes my husband and I discuss making a trip to Cedar City just to get that dang chicken bacon ranch pizza. Well done pizza cart, you are my #1.

Hands down literally the best place in town to get pizza. The rest of the pizza places seem like cheap pizza compared to this place. The ambiance in this restaurant is amazing. Best place is town to get yummy pizza. The people are so nice but I wish they had a better way to speed up service. I love this place but 1-2 hours before our pizza comes out seems a bit excessive.

The pizza here was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh!!! They wood fire all of the pizza's and everything had an amazing taste. The service here was excellent and they were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. They also have ice cream here that they make weekly and it was amazing!!! Definitely go check this place out and you won't be disappointed.
