Very fast excellent service! This place has such interesting history (just ask the people who work there). The food was excellent and more fancy than we anticipated. The food coupled with the atmosphere made it worth EVERY penny. There is a large gift shop upstairs that is reasonably priced with a huge variety of pirate themed goods.definitely recommend.

We stopped in for lunch and had an excellent time. The food was wonderful and our waitress was fun and entertaining. She was spot on with her recommendations and kept our glasses full. We had a group of 13, often with a group that size it seems something gets mixed up. I enjoyed the shrimp and grits.

The Pirate's House was amazing. First, our server Terry set a fun and exciting mood for our experience. He was jovial and light hearted. Our meal was sprinkled with jokes and laughs. Then the food came out, the buttermilk buscuits and orange marmalade were scrumptious. Next our appetizer came , the hot crab dip, which was delectable. By the time our meals arrived we were getting full. But we had to end the night with the heavenly key lime pie and decadent bourbon pecan pie! This is definitely a must try place in Savannah. Oh! And everyone 21+ should get the Chatham Artillery Punch.

I’m glad today wasn’t my first time here. We walked in and there was no one waiting to be seated. We were made to feel unwelcome because we didn’t have a reservation. They would “check to see if a table was available and clean. They suggest we always make a reservation.”They took us past a room with 3 large booths which were empty. They took us to an almost empty room where there were 5 empty tables. We had friends with us who had never been here. We all know it’s good food, and good atmosphere. However, it’s not good business or customer satisfaction to make someone feel unwelcome when they’ve chosen to eat here. Many restaurants are in this town. Part of what made you popular was customer satisfaction.

Famous location in Savannah, GA. A quaint restaurant with a haunted past (and present). The food and service was very good. We had the lunch buffet which was filling and had limited choices, but more than enough to satisfy. The restrooms were clean. The gift shop has all the pirate bling anyone could ask for and the prices were pretty reasonable for a tourist destination. Worth the stop to kill an hour or two. Also there is free patron parking which is a premium in Savannah.

The food was amazing and the service could not have been better. Our reservations were at 6 and we were seated promptly. The shrimp and grits were fantastic and our server Allie was hilarious and fun.

Arrrgh, please like if this review helps you!!! Had the chance to visit this place finally on one of my trips to Savannah. The atmosphere was very nice, like a step back in time. The restaurant is run out of what is labeled as the oldest house in Savannah and whether it is or not there is still a lot of history there. The food was pretty good though I thought a bit pricey. Our server was pretty good and the food came reasonably fast. Also, key to note, they do have a parking lot with free parking which is a plus in downtown Savannah with most of the area being "pay to park" so that was nice. Would definitely recommend this place.

The food here is excellent! Our server was amazing. I couldn't decide on if I wanted the crab cake or the crab stew (both of which are super yummy) and when I decided on the crab cake, she just brought out a cup of the stew so that I could try it, which was really sweet. The pirate house is also the oldest house in Georgia, with it being built in the 1730's so if you're a history buff, this is also for you. I'd recommend this to anyone visiting Savannah, but even if you love here you should check it out!

Arr Mattie, in a pirate mood? Are you hungry? The pirate house is a historic dwelling boasting a lively entertaining dining spot with the kids in mind along with the adults.Kids meal are great, comes with a pirate hat and lollipops after dinner in the treasure chest. My granddaughter loved it!We had a pile of fresh shrimp cooked to perfection.Downstairs is a large bar area, spiral staircase leads to a massive gift shop of pirate goodies.Free parking in their attached lot, biscuits & jam are great.

We absolutely loved The Pirates' House! If I could have free reign to wander around and explore any place in Savannah, I'm pretty sure it would be this. So many crazy rooms, including a fenced off underground tunnel and a strange stone pit that no one has been able to determine it's purpose. Who knows how many secret rooms are in this place! The food was excellent as well. I had the pecan fried chicken which was amazing! My wife had the tilapia which she said was fantastic. This is yet another winner in Savannah which has both terrific atmosphere and quality food.

We attended a large gathering and had a private dining area. Not common in newer restaurants. The food was served on a buffet and was fresh, at the proper temp, varied for all tastes, and all of it was great tasting. They did great job for our large gathering. I will be going back when I am in Savannah again.

Great She-crab soup... Went thinking seafood, ended up eating the recommended almond-fried chicken... As good as you will ever eat. Great service....Ask for Steve. Interesting history/folklore.

Yes, and its very good!

Yes

If u are allergic to certain foods, it's best you don't eat out in restuants. I work in one, and all food crosses another at some point. It's dangerous to eat out and take that chance if your allergy is life threatening

There is a Sunday buffet i am pretty sure....go to there website for hours of operation and prices

Buffet combined with regular menu at lunch. Kiddy menu too. Food was good.

No, music that is alive would be weird and more than a little dangerous.
