The Pie Haus

Great pies! Friendly, happy service. Fantastic prices. I've eaten a lot of pie in my life, and, well, The Pie Haus is the pinnacle of pie. Must go back and try everything they offer - sweet pies, savory pies, tarts, muffins, cookies...you can even get ice cream with your pie. I like pie. I like pie from The Pie Haus. You will like pie from The Pie Haus.

The desserts are amazingly delicious and reasonably priced. As for the savory pies, my "go to" is the chicken broccoli cheese pie. The pie meal deal includes a nice sized fresh salad. They also offer pies to go. Best to order ahead.

The Pie Haus had a warm and friendly atmosphere, as well as great service, and delicious food. This is a place you definitely want to visit again!

An absolute Gem! Great pies both savory and sweet! I was visiting for a conference and stopped in after dinner one night, then two nights, and could keep going back!The blueberry pie with a side of bourbon pecan ice cream was insanely good!Everyone was super friendly, the food is great, and I highly recommend giving it a try.

Enjoyed the board games available for families! Oh, and great pie! Was served by pleasant help.

Good lunch. Portions are very generous.

More than just a place for a dessert or coffee. My kids were able to enjoy the peanutbutter pie, color, and distract themselves with board games while I enjoyed my coffee. There are many comfortable places to sit and smell the next pies soon to leave the oven while you plan your next visit there.

Sweet and savory pies with sandwiches, salads and latte. Couldntask for more!

I had the lemon blueberry muffin. It was soft, moist, and delicious. The price was comparable to the muffins at Square Bean and Denim Coffee, but the quality of the muffin was better than at those places. This might be Carlisle's new muffin joint. Just hoping they will make danishes someday.

I was excited to see something new in Carlisle, and the online reviews were so positive - I couldn't wait to try them. I've been to the Pie Haus twice so far, and I don't think a third trip is in the cards. The staff is really friendly, and the soups and sandwiches are pretty good. But, for a restaurant whose specialty is pie, they're a real disappointment. The pie crust is the worst I've ever had - on both the sweet and savory pies. Gummy, and with zero flavor. It reminds me of Play Doh. On my second trip I tried a cream pie with a cookie crust. It had a nasty burned taste and was so hard it was inedible. The pies aren't worth the $20+ they charge per pie (even the price of a slice is outrageous, considering the poor quality). I'll just go to Giant, where I can get 3 decent ones and still have change left over.

OOEY-EST GOOEY-EST most delicious pies, EVER. Cozy and welcoming. Dawn and Joe the owners will make you feel right at home, and chances are SOMETHING will be fresh out of the oven as you're walking in. It's dangerous to live within walking distance :( haha!

This place has amazing pot pies, regular pies, and the most delicious strawberry salad dressing!

I loved the concept they're doing here, the food was delicious, and had a feel of grandma's kitchen on the plate. We had tomato basil and Shepard's pie that was full of flavor. Before ordering I asked the cashier what was popular and she said she couldnt really pick one because they all are ordered so much and pointed out as favorites. That should tell you enough!
