Fresh healthy meals. 3 stars because it could be more clean.

This place was okay. My sandwich bread was really solid and hard to eat. They also forgot to put meat on my sandwich but it was so busy and too much of a hassle to ask for meat so I just ate it as is.

Delicious locally sourced and seasonally inspired menu. Favorite items were Fancy Pants Grilled Cheese (delightfully gooey) and Market Salad (lovely combo of kale, blue cheese, persimmons, and red onions). Staff is super friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

"The best sandwich I've ever had in my whole life" -my mom, who still raves about this place several years later. Great community spot from the folks who run the Penny Ice Creamery. A bit pricey, but it's the boardwalk and it's delicious.

Amazing hot cheese sandwich, like in switzerland, amazing yogurt with nuts and strawberries, good avocado toast and bad vegeterian breakfast burrito. Staff is friendly and place is cute

They open at 7 am. Possibly the only, not part of a hotel, coffee shop close to the boardwalk that opens that early. The majority of the coffee shops are in town at least a half mile or more from the beach.Coffee is okay, the roast is okay-ish, our normal is a Pete's roast, or straight espresso shots from some our Sacramento indie shops (Temple/Insight/Identity). Staff was lovely, but assumed that hubby's coco was almond milk like my mocha instead of asking. Our first day in town hubby picked up a couple of ham and cheese croissants. Sons only had a very small piece of ham and no cheese. My plain croissant was a bit dense and firm, not light and airy with the kind of lamination I expect from a good quality croissant where each layer is distinguished from the next with a nice air pocket.

What a nice ride. I took the Onewheel for a spin to get some fresh air and some outdoor-time in... 😠I read about this cute little place and was just fancying a snack to regain my energy, so I stopped by. Unfortunately, pick up takes a lot away from what I love about visiting restaurants... You cannot really experience the people and the vibe of a restaurant if you cannot spend a little time there BUT having said that, this classic grilled cheese definitely hit the spot and it went well with the view of the ocean... 👌ðŸ¼ðŸ˜

It's a small place with a nice patio, and good sandwiches. They're all about $10 and don't include chips or drinks.

This was a really great sandwich shop right off the beach. We got a turkey sandwich and a bacon avocado sandwich. Both really delicious. It was a little pricey for what you get. But definitely a place I would go again. They also served ice cream. Super friendly staff.

Visiting from the UK and we wanted something healthy to eat and of a good quality but not expensive. This is the place in Santa Cruz that does all that. It is very reasonabley priced (great value) particularly for the portion size and quality. The place its self doesnt look like much but dont be fooled by appearences. Its definitely function over form here. The food is really excellent. The salads are my top tip. $10 (about £6.50) and they are a real plate full. We ate ate twice here in the same day and only hope we can find somewhere like it further down the coast. Staff are typically friendly and dont rush you.

Delicious, tasty, real food with a view of the Santa Cuz boardwalk and beach. Breakfast burrito and Morning cake recommended. Loved it!

Great place for lunch especially when the weather is good. I had the frittata panini and my wife had the Breakfast burrito. Both were Yummy!
