The Penny Pub

Bartenders are great, drinks were reasonably priced. Atmosphere was amazing, not overly packed for a busy night. Plenty of sitting room.

Great draft/bottle beer selection, plenty of liquor to choose from and the latest spot to get food in Bay Shore. Awesome staff as well. I always enjoy popping in when I get the chance.

I hadn't been here in about 8 years so I expected the worst, but they've really turned it around! They've managed to keep the old charm while putting a more modern spin on the space itself. Mike behind the bar was a gracious host, serving up signature cocktails and the young lady he was working with was very attentive to the other guests, as well. You can tell the staff works really hard and keeps it a nice environment, with a warm, inviting ambience. It's definitely time to come back to the half penny pub!

Adrian behind the bar is great. Food always good anytime of day or night. Great group of diverse people at the Penny!!

ordered 4 burgers yesterday on door dash and couldnt be more dissapointed. the menu looked so promising but we ordered every burger Med and they all came very well done. there was not 1 drip of juice from these burgers. the flavor was also non existent and lacked seasoning.

Low. No one single Asian work here. They are busy counting money but not serving customers. Even the name is faking a hotel. No clue about what they are doing here and why they are here. What a frivolous floppy place. God dam.

Ordered wings from door dash - I have NEVER had wings run through me so fast. 20 minutes after having eaten these wings I was stuck to the toiletI had reordered from this place today Tuesday April 7th, and the wings were still horrible but they did not give me diarrhea this time. THE DIP SANDWHICH WAS AMAZING THOUGH 5 STARS JUST FOR THE SANSWHICH JUST DONT GET THE WINGS.

Great food atmosphere and bartenders.

Pleasant atmosphere. Surprised that there was no greeting from staff. Not one word. Felt as if we had walked in to a club meeting.

3 bartenders standing around doing nothing asked asked for well done wings! 20 minutes later soft not well doe hardly any sauce! Asked cook again while on mu way to the bathroom pkeas extre well done he said yeah np! Not good!!

Far from a penny cost wise. Avoid at all costs if you are wise with your money!
