Had lunch today and was it good. Bostonian looking for clams with bellies is in heaven. Clam chowder was great but oh those clams. Can’t wait to go back again. Service great and employees beyond friendly and helpful. If I could give it more than five stars I would.

This restaurant opened up recently right by my house so I decided to try it and I was very impressed with the customer service and the food! I got the tuna melt and it was amazing , the coffee was very good as well. The restaurant was clean and a nice atmosphere to eat at. The employees were very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions while ordering. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you!!!

Love this place! The food is delicious, the service is spectacular, and the cleanliness is always above and beyond. This is always my go-to restaurant because you can’t beat it. The management is fantastic. They even sell seafood!! If you are looking for a great experience, definitely would recommend The New York Bagel Factory.

Great to see that this new bagel place was able to revive such a great location. The coffee ice cubes are back along with a much better menu than what used to be at this location.I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier mentioned that they have fresh squeezed orange juice. It was refreshing and delicious.The interior has a cool vibe and was very clean. The staff was friendly and quick. I'll come back to try another breakfast item soon.

It takes a second to comprehend the concept of bagels and seafood. I ordered the fish and chips. I rarely salt food, but I salted the fish (it was a little bland). The fish was tasty and breaded just right. The French fries were delicious. Most places, Cole slaw is a rather generic, something to put on the plate. The slaw here was pretty good (as far as Cole slaw goes). There are a billion restaurants in the area, but I would come back. Next time I'll try the bagels. So why did I give it only 4 stars, since my review was pretty positive? I reserve 5 stars for something that is over the top great. NYBF was just very good.

The New York bagel factory just opened and being a lover of bagels it was definitely on my list of places to try. Today I tried it and it is somewhere I would most certainly recommend. The food was spectacularly mad and brought out in a very short time. The customer service was fantastic as they really helped you get everything you need. It wasn't too pricey and the place was very clean. The working staff was very friendly. This is a place I would definitely recommend going too and I will definitely be back soon

The bagels are amazing, especially the cinnamon crunch and asiago bagels. Good, quick service and quality food. Can't wait to try more from their menu!

Very good food many options and very fresh and tender choices!

My wife and I come here once a week and the food is always great. We have tried most things on the breakfast menu and never have been disappointed. The food may seem expensive but the portions are large and well worth it. The coffee is on tap with multiple flavors. I cant recommend this place enough.

Great little spot! Something new with a classic vibe. If from your from the Tri-State they have pork roll. Unfortunately they didn’t have any in stock today when I came in and they got my order wrong. But the food food looked and smelled so good I just ate it. Wasn’t disappointed at all. 3stars for lack of product and the order being wrong but over all a great spot I’ll be back with the family.

The food here is delicious and quite varied! They have omelettes and a few other things besides bagels, but their bagels are definitely the best part! The cinnamon crunch is my family's favorite, but they're all great. Also, lots of coffee options, excellent staff, and super clean facility! Even the restrooms were spotless.

Came in on a Saturday morning and was surprised to see this place nearly empty. Prices are reasonable. Bagel breakfast sandwich for $6.99. Could use a little more eggs on the sandwich but it was fine. Much better quality than mcdonalds and almost the same price. Good quality, not great. Omelette was big and came with hash browns and a bagel. For $8.49 a good value in my opinion. Service was good and my food came out very quickly, less than 2 minutes. There was an error on the price that I was charged compared to the menu which they corrected but keep an eye on the receipt. All in all a fine choice for a quick good quality breakfast.

5 stars reduced to 4 because only because too pricey. But, the most decent lox and bagel you're going to find around here, good coffee and *excellent* clam chowda. The lobster roll was excellent too, but again... $20 is nuts, especially since it was kinda skimpy. Perhaps it's the sign of times and rent in that strip mall may be robbery itself. Sad.

I love this bagel store! Bagels are always fresh and hot, they taste just like home. Staff are amazing! I love the hazelnut ice coffee with the coffee cubes! Cant wait to try their lobstah roll when they open up their seafood restaurant at night!

Great atmosphere! Relaxed feel. I had the French toast and it was amazing. The rest of my family also enjoyed their meals. There is are a lot of menu items to choose from. Lots of choices for coffee too. The staff is super nice, helpful and patient.
