The New China

Quick, clean and a very nice server! We stopped here for lunch on a road trip from CA to WA. I ordered the Veggie Lo Mein and my husband ordered the Kung Pao Chicken. Both were delicious as was the Egg Drop Soup. Also the bathrooms were very nice and recently remodeled.

We had a party of 18 people. I honestly thought it would take awhile for the food to come out. But they were actually very quick. They brought the food out all together at the same time. They did a good job and keeping our drinks full. The food is as always great and delicious.

3.5 Good food not bad. Sauce on the thicker side, not something i actually prefer. We ordered from the lunch Menu, Mixed Veggies and Chicken and pepper. Pretty much the exact same thing. Service was ok, they are not rude but not very attentive so just average. Sorry about the pic kind of remembered half way through

Similar to Silver Dragon. Lo Mein was delish. Appetizers hot and crisp. What is that sauce in the squirt bottle? Stuff is like gold. Not crazy about the fried rice. Too hard. Will steam it at home and try it again. Love the Almond cookies. Service was fast and sweet. Checked in a couple of times. Didn't need a refill on water until the rush came in. Should have asked sooner. Plan on coming back for a lunch special. The Curry Chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp look interesting.

Best egg rolls I have had in a long time. Different levels of spicy available. I like very spicy.

I like this joint the lemon chicken is my favorite they have a 2 and 3 item combo which you can choose which is always nice instead of having to pick one off the menu than asking to substitute my only ever problem with this place is every time I've gotten take out they seem to forget something I've had them forget my main course like my chicken utensils extra pink sauce I've ordered and paid for even rice maybe that's just me but always double-check also there pork fried rice is a little bland other than that it's a good restaurant the food is always fresh and the place is clean good selection on the menu prices and serving size are average

Clean, easy to find place. Server was less than attentive and the hostess was rude. Broccoli beef tasted odd and egg flour soup was so salty, but fried rice, fried shrimp & mar far chicken was good.

I stopped here coming from Redding looking for a good Chinese restaurant. With good old fashion chow main. This place uses bean sprout and vegetables which is different to my taste. If your looking for noodles in your chow main don't come here. Presentation is good and restaurant is nice but the food is okay...

Love the food! Prices are a little high but you get a good portion. Favorite go to for soup!

Highly Recommended! The wonderful gal helped me order over the phone because I didn’t have their menu In Front of me. She was so kind while helping me complete our order. It was ready for pick up on time, and everyone was very nice and the seating area was very clean and up to date. The best aspect, is even after the 25 min drive home, it was still So delicious! Fresh, crispy, and not dried out!! By far my new favorite in the valley!

New China has long been a favorite based on a great staff and excellent quality on their dishes. I had been out of the area several months and my other half suggested eating there for dinner so we did. Upon walking in it was immediately apparent they have done some upgrades to the dining area in the form of new booths, thus improved seating.The meal was once again excellent and the service equally so.

So far my fav Chinese restaurant in the Medford and surrounding area. Good portion sizes and reasonable prices.
