We Heard About This Place From Tim's Son In Law On Monday Evening,Couldn't Wanted To Try It Out, Went The Next Day,,Tim Loves Tenderloin Sandwiches, After This Sandwich, He Will Never Find Another One To Come Close To It,,So Fresh The Meat Was Cooked Perfect! No Hard Edges On It! Loved It.My Hamburger Was Delicious,,We Would Recommend Every One To Try It, Price Was A Little High, But That Being Said, You Get Excalty What You Pay For At Every Restaurant,, Well Worth The Trip,,Well Be Back Soon

Breaded pork tenderloin sandwiches are really good! Pork is juicy and a huge portion and the breading adds a nice flavor. They really need a larger and more substantial bun, but we drive quite a ways to try pork tenderloin sandwiches and this is a keeper. Sweet potato fries were also very good.

This place offers a lot of very delicious comfort food. I had a burger my wife had the BLT and we split some fries and pineapple whip. It was very good and I will be coming back here to try many of their other offerings!!

Service was outstanding, but that’s where awesome stopped. Five meals ordered and the only outstanding thing was the sweet potato fries. The worst part was the horrid country music.A farm to table restaurant doesn’t play country music.

The tenderloin sandwich is probably the best I've ever had! It's big and meaty, not paper thin like some other places...Onion rings are great.The place is nice, kinda small but they have outdoor seating as well. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff is friendly and the place was busy when we got there. My husband and I both got burgers. The burgers definitely taste grass fed. I'd probably get something else if we were to go back though my husband really liked the burger. The onion rings were incredibly oily so we will definitely not be getting those again. I'd like to give The Mug a second chance though so I plan on returning some day.

Best burger I've ever had! Love the breaded tenderloin Mug style. Also, the best I've ever had. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable environment.

Enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich and a local pilsner with garlic fries. Food was good service was quick, helpful and pleasant. Recommend for anyone looking for a quality local opened restaurant. Farm to table.

There is no word to describe exactly how big this is. Amazing burger and fries. Burger awesome definitely full flavored and side salad was vibrant.I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My sister went with about 5 friends to the Irvington location, they went up to the line and then a worker asked them to leave. The reason given was that some friends weren't ordering, even though the ones ordering were going to share. After explaining their reason they were going to stay, the worker threatened to call the police and then they left.Good food.. bad staff.*****Reply to response from owner- Around 2-5 ish today

First time I ate at the mug I thought the price was high but the meal was large and very good. I didn't think twice about going again. Because it was worth the price. Today I visited the mug for an expensive meal. What i got was half as many fries and hardly any garlic on them. A place known for a good amount of garlic, now barely any on the fries. Also the burger seemed smaller, less flavor and the toppings seemed lackluster. Like they downsized everything. But the price was the same. They lost my business.

Really good, locally sourced, comfort food. Burgers, dogs, tenderloin, chicken, and bbq. Nothing here is less than spectacular. Staff is great too. You will wait for freshly made food though. It's worth it.

I had the single. The patty was very thin. The onion and tomato was all I could really taste. I should have ordered a double. It was good still. The hand cut fries were awesome get them over the classic. The waffle fries they sale are sweet potato. Service was great. Friendly staff. Clean.

Really loved the tenderloin the first time there. This time the buns were really wimpy and fell into pieces. No silverware and was extremely messy to finish eating. Loved the garlic fries. Please find a better bun- then you would get 5 stars .
