Took my niece for brunch and it was lovely. Bathrooms super awkward and in the basement. Not accessible to get in or use the loo.

Food was decent but not fantastic, considering the fairly high prices. Place was busy and it was a really long wait for food.

I travel through out the province for work and this place is hands down my favourite place to come for breakfast. Food is always super delicious, the wait staff is always warm and friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough. Keep up the awesome work everyone!!

Waited 5 minutes at the please be seated sign before anyone can to sit us. When they finally did they wouldn't let us sit in the seats we wanted because of the upcoming "lunch rush". It was empty when we got there and empty when we left and no wonder. The food was completely devoid of flavor. How you manage to suck the flavor out of sausages is beyond me. The toast was cold and tasted old. The 'ketchup', if you can call it that, was nothing more than tomato puree. I know the owners in reply to other comments claim it's about the sugar but they should look into how fruit sugar hits your system when it's blended like that. The only decent thing on the table was the smoothies. All in all they are clearly trying too hard to be two dishes (an excellent breakfast) and should stick to figuring out the basics before they try anything adventurous.

Good prices for really well made fresh food. Lots of options for vegetarians as well

Waited 45 minutes for bland and cold food. The service was decent but the food was terrible. The waitress upon request replaced our cold, burnt plain toast. The new toast came out quickly, but was also cold and still had no butter. The rest of the food also sucked and was cold. I can also agree with others that the ketchup tasted like nothing. I can tell by the responses from the owners that they're completely unfit to run a business, or potentially allowing an edgy child to run their social media. Rather than wasting time telling upset customers to "spread love" and posting the taylor swift song "calm down" in the comments, they could work on there pathetic excuse for a restraunt. Unfortunately the only thing your restraunt spreads is disappointment! Also to clarify, I'm not upset, but rather happy I will no longer be subject to their food.

It's a treat to have a neighborhood good cafe. We were there a little after 8 on a Saturday morning and it was quickly filling up. The breakfast menu had some nice choices including the traditional bacon and eggs. They can also alter some of the offerings depending on food allergies but best to ask first. It's worth a visit.

What a great experience this place is. No other restaurants in Peterborough for breakfast is not quite like this Gem. Homemade jams and fresh breads from a local bakery. If you haven't been here you're missing out. Will definitely be back again!

Quite welcoming from the moment I stepped in. Decorated with large framed scenic photography each of which you could purchase if you really liked one. Everything on the menu featured home made creations and all sounded delicious! My meal was presented on an open slab bamboo platter by the nicest waitress who obviously cared about my experience. I enjoyed a bottomless cup of coffee, wasn't rushed and knew that I would be making a return visit. Probably more than once.
