Mimosa Pitchers! The food was sooo yummy. I ended up ordering way too much and the leftovers were just as delicious.

Love this place. Consistently good food. Excellent brunch. Great vegetarian options. If you are too full for dessert, get it to go. You won’t regret it. We go here frequently for team lunches because everyone loves it. It’s hard to find a place everyone can agree on.

Always a favorite. Terrific food and service. The surf and turf (short ribs and shrimp over grits) are amazing!

For the really delicious selection of brunch and dinners ....This is hands-down my favorite go-to spot on the Northside/Lakeside of Richmond. It can be slightly pricey for a few things, for instance I'm not a big steak eater and just don't want to pay that much. But the shrimp and grits! OMG! And there's always an interesting beer selection. The waitstaff is superb and they pay special attention to our dietary restrictions questions or needs.

Good and reasonably priced food made with quality ingredients -- an excellent option for lunch. I love the blackened chicken wrap and their salads. Their desserts and cookies are also great!

Good food. No wheat beers though. Ordered the Northside pizza but they don't serve eggplant anymore. Friends did enjoy the IPA's they offer. I'm sure most of the menu was good though.

Very good food. Did not have room for dessert but got one to go. Nice staff! Clean place and clean bathrooms! We will eat there again!

Liked the fast service price, and ambiance of the cafe. 3 of our orders were very good, the steak and cheesesandwich was gross (old, dry beef with strange taste). So 3.5 stars.

I love this place as a go to home cooked meal spot off the beaten path (although MacArthur is very popular now) and service is always friendly. Sad to see the papardelle go! Love their marinara sauce! Great turkey blue plate with extra food to go always.

Everything was very tasty. The strip that the restaurant is a part of is so inviting. I was greeted upon entry and seated right away. The space isnt very large but it still accommodated the rush of the dinner crowd that came in. The menu is extensive and what I chose was very flavorful. I like that there were options for vegans/vegetarians as well as meat eaters. My waitress were eager to help and give her opinion when asked. The shrimp I added to my salad (not pictured) were cooked to perfection. And it is always a plus to eat food that is locally grown or raised. I shall return to try something different.

Food is good. We arrived at 2 and were told brunch had just ended. And we could not order any pizza or entrees until 2:30. We figured we would order an appetizer and then a pizza. Our waitress had to check to see if there were any pizza crusts and there were ok only gluten free options. We asked if we could add another person to our table and move to a booth. We were rudely told that we would be moved when that person showed up. We left and ate elsewhere.Sad to see the service and lack of available options available at this place. Their white bean arugula pizza is delicious.

Quaint neighborhood gem. Excellent food. Fantastic service. If you haven't been, GO! You won't be disappointed.
