Great breakfast, food and service. Recommend the pancakes and omelette, just fantastic.

I placed an order using ritual and for the price of the pasta, it was huge and delicious. Especially the fresh baby mozzarella. They packed it with fork, knife and napkins with a complimentary Bagel.

Stopped in for lunch with a friend. She got a salad and I got the hamburger deluxe. She was surprised at the large portion size of the salad, but enjoyed it.The hamburger was tasty, not to greasy, and I loved that they kept the lettuce and tomato separate. The steak fries were ok.An affordable spot for lunch in the middle of expensive midtown Manhattan. Definitely will go back to try the other items on the menu

A typical quick lunch place but it's like a salad place, pizza, and subs place combined into one! You won't run out of options here.

some months back tried to order a breakfast wrap and the 1st guy that i told the order to said something unintelligible and nudged me to some other guy and then when i told this other guy, he passed me off to someone else, etc. finally i get to the cashier and i end up repeating the order again for the 3rd TIME! a lot of workers but not one took my order. as for the food no flavor and expensive. lousy customer service.

Nice place to relax after work

This place is not very good. I left full but the quality of my meal was incredibly poor. Dry chicken completely void of flavor, wilted lettuce, and no consistency.

I was the unlucky recipient of vicious food poisoning from here. I went there for lunch and created my own salad. Had the spicy shrimp and baby greens and a bunch of stuff. Everything tasted fine and was a hefty portion for a great price. A few hours later it turned into one of the worst nights of my life. Went into the store today when it was not busy at all so I could inform the manager of my experience and to let him know as a courtesy of what happened and he was incredibly rude and in denial and refused to have a conversation with me and wouldn't even give me the time of day, let alone an apology. Don't give this place your business. So many other great options nearby.EDIT:I reached out to management over Facebook and they handled the situation very professionally and apologized to me about the night manager. He offered me a gift card as a token of appreciation for my troubles and is working to see what the issue may have been.

RUDE!!!!! Everyone is rude and nasty when they are preparing your food whether in the front or the back. The area where they prepare breakfast is the worst. The cooks are soooo rude and nasty to you. it annoys them when you place an order that they are not used to. You cant tell them that you are unhappy with the way they prepare your food which is always without care. They do not pay attention to your order and when they get it wrong it is now your fault. No apology just more and more attitude. The manager that wears his shirt with the buttons unbuttoned to his navel is nasty too. He looks at everyone with this evil look on his face every morning. I hate the MILL!!!! Everyone except the cashiers are NASTY!!!!
