The Melting Pot

I've never been disappointed at this place. It can be a little pricey if you get all the courses and order drinks, but definitely worth it. The wait staff is very friendly and well trained. The tables are built with partition walls, which makes your experience very private, although it can be hard to waive down your waiter. You will leave very full and satisfied. It's a great place for a romantic dinner. If they're busy, sometimes is can be slow for the courses to come out, but that's usually only on special days like valentine's day.

We had the best belated birthday dinner ever! Our server, Jason, was awesome, as were all of the staff, and the nice manager, Larry,who all made us feel special. The food was awesome, even though we had to cook at ourselves, lolz! The best drinks, surf and turf, and my personal favorite, dessert. Can hardly wait to return.

Wonderful Valentine's meal. Truffle cheese, caprese salad, truffle milk chocolate. Wonderful server Jason Byrd! Definitely recommend this location!

Celebrated our daughters birthday here. She and her sister liked it, but myself and husband weren't very impressed. Over priced and food was small portioned & sub par. Gave 3 stars, for girls. I doubt we will return

Always a great and fun dining experience!!

First and foremost. The food that was served was great!We are big Melting Pot fans and were quite disappointed on how are evening went. It was me, my wife and our 3 kids.We arrived at 6 PM and left the restaurant at 8:30 PM. Our server Jake was nice and he did what he could to accommodate as good as possible. However, it seemed that the team was short staffed and we went quite some time in between of courses without seeing our server.As mentioned above, I believe that Jake did what he could to accommodate all five of us. The most disappointing part of our visit was that the Men's Restroom was well below expectations for a place like The Melting Pot.The toilette was clogged, urine was all over the floor as well as the toilette seat. Given the $420.00 that we spent, I would have expected a much better standard.Very disappointing, not sure if we will return to this particular restaurant again.

Very nice restaurant, a welcomed change from the norm. The restaurant itself was nice and our server, John, was absolutely amazing! He was passionate about his job it it showed! The prices were a little higher than expected, but I would definitely recommend that you give this place a try at least once!

This was our second visit to this restaurant. Tonight’s dinner was one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Our hostess Mikayla made us feel right at home the minute we stepped in. Our server Cassidy’s recommendations and suggestions were spot on. The food was great and the service was quick and very friendly. Visiting on a wine Wednesday made it all the better since the nice discount on bottles of wine caused us to select a bottle rather than individual glasses.

Great place for fondue, definitely a more expensive meal and one that you cook yourselves. It can be time consuming, don't go here in a hurry. I have been here several times, you can catch special menus especially around holidays. They prepare fondue tableside, have excellent servers, and a cozy restaurant. Cheese fondue comes with three breads, some vegetables, green apples. Chocolate fondue comes with dusted marshmallows, rice krispie treats, bananas, strawberries, pineapple, brownies, brookies, pound cake. All of the sauces for meat and vegetables are so good, interesting flavor profiles when you mix with marinated meat. Come hungry, save room for chocolate. They have plain cooking styles and flavors and more adventurous ones like with red wine, all have been really good.

The food was very good but the service was extremely slow. We arrived at 645 and didn't leave until 1000. Food was an hour before anything arrived at the table and server took forever to check on is. Then you were out of mushrooms, rice krispies, and flame stuff. The table design was terrible and we had to have each other dip cheese or chocolate on plates (which got cold before done) or have them cook our meat for us because tables were so long. Even server couldn't reach.

One of the most amazing places I have ever been. A very unique experience. Be prepared to be there a couple of hours but it is definitely worth it!!!!

This is the best place to take out a date or to take spouse out for a dinning experience sure to impress, the table/booths are very private and intimate you wont have to worry about the people at other tables staring at you while you dine. Be ready to sit and enjoy dinner for at least 2 or more hours because you will be cooking most of your food at table in different cooking styles from grilling to a boiling hot broth dip , the food is of the highest quality

I absolutely love The Melting Pot with my entire heart! An amazing and intimate atmosphere. We had a great waitress! Can't remember her name but she had green hair and was so down to earth and kind.

This was an amazing night. The steak was tender, the broths great, and everything exceptional. Our server, Brendan, made us laugh and feel like family. He kept our drinks filler and our bellies full.
