We celebrated here on 05/21/20 for our 25th wedding anniversary. They really treated us very special, it's a night we will never forget. Our waitress Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic, the chocolate, the cheese, everything was great. They even brought us a surprise complimentary glass of champagne for our special event. The manager Heather was great. Top notch customer service which is hard to find these days. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON!!!!!

My daughter wants to go here every year for her birthday. She loves it. Dinner is fondue.... Cheese, meat, chocolate. It takes about 2 hours to do dinner....but it is fun to do your own thing and cook your own food. Service is great and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive.

A very expensive place for dinner. The food was good. I got the cheese fondue and I picked my own 4 piece entree or meat. The dessert fondue is so good! The fondue is shareable but the entrees are not. Would recommend going for just the cheese and dessert portion of dinner.

Questions & Answers

The Classic is a menu item that includes all 4 courses. Salad, Cheese Fondue, your entree (shrimp, chicken and steak) with chocolate fondue for dessert. You can choose your cooking style and whatever cheese/chocolate you would like. The average per person cost is roughly $55-60 nit including beverages or tip. The Melting Pot isn't just a meal, it's an experience. When you go, plan to be there for a minimum of 2 hours, probably closer to two and a half; especially if you're doing all 4 courses. It's an amazing experience.

Alas no, but their email club will alert you to any promotions that will be coming up, mostly holiday specials.

Yes. And on Sunday's kids eat free!!

No, but you may want a reservation during peak hours or weekends. When the place gets busy, it gets busy.

10pm on weekdays, and 11pm on weekends

That's closer to the cost for one person. I ended up spending around $100 for dinner and dessert for my girlfriend and I.

Takes a while slow process nice to chat but food personally not worth the price

You can do either or

I don't know. Call them.
