This used to be my go-to place for celebrations and events. Sadly, it no longer has that celebratory feel. While the service is always pleasant and attentive, it seems like the quality and quantity of the food has gone downward. It’s the little things like writing little messages on the plates and getting enough chocolate to use up all of your dippers. And since we’re cooking our own food, it’s having our ingredients appear in a timely manner. Perhaps it’s worth getting the cheese and chocolate, but not so much for a full course meal.

We had a great experience! The food was terrific and the service we great. Everything we ate was delicious! I would highly recommend the Melting Pot for a romantic date or a fun night with friends. It literally took us 2 hours and 45 minutes for the whole dining experience. It is not a place to go for a quick meal.

Courteous staff and good food. Definitely pricey but makes a good spot for a special occasion. Nice calm atmosphere and wide selection of foods. This location only does the chocolate and cheese, no caramel (as of now). Expect to take your time here (not a quick eat). Only down side is the price. But overall a great place for a special event.
