The Mediterranean Chickpea

one of the best hummus I’ve ever had. also one of the best falafel wraps I have ever had. I wish I lived in Tampa so I could come here every week! Bonus: the woman working was so so friendly and sweet. Definitely worth the stop on a visit to Tampa.

Siri sent me to the Mediterranean Chickpea when I asked for a vegan restaurant. The owner/operators were so welcoming. They insisted I try everything before ordering. I ended up with their 5 item platter ($13) which was enough for 3 meals for me. I also bought some lentil soup, a spinach pie and the beet salad to take home. I never eat beets - their beet salad is incredible! If you are in the Palma Ceia area of Tamps, don't miss this gem!

This place is amazing! There are friendly employees who are accommodating, patient, and helpful; to can tell their heart is in this restaurant. I was amazed that the falafel were made fresh by order. The hummus is so tasty and the packaging used for wraps are a nice touch. I can’t wait to go back here again. It’s very easy to eat here as a vegan!
