This is a members only venue that had excellent wait staff, and a spacious dining/meeting hall that will accommodate about 100 diners. It had a very nice ambiance, and it's right downtown within walking distance from everything.

Yes, there are stairs but we also have an elevator.
There are several parking garages close by. The closest being the Hilton parking garage, Government East or the Monona Terrace parking garage. Many times you can also find street parking.
The AC Hotel by Marriott is 0.4 miles away, and the Sheraton Madison Hotel is about 3 miles.
Yes it's private. But very enjoyable.
Generally yes. You need to be a member to host a party. But yes you can get a member to host for you
There is street parking, there is the East government ramp, it's a block away from Monona Terrace and their parking, and street parking is free in the evenings but watch out for a snow emergency when it is alternate side parking.
