This uber healthy, fast-casual eatery has weekday hours. Good portion sizes to last up to 2 meals for a female. The Little Beet has vegan & gluten free options. The salmon, avocado, kale with white beans are some of the highlights. Limited seating at this location. However, take the food to go & walk over 2-3 blocks to the Urban Garden Room which is a free indoor seating public space.

So yummmy and filling! Try the jackfruit bowl. Highly recommend. Then take it to the park and enjoy your scrumptious meal in the sunshine.

Excellent food and service. This was one of the healthiest and best tasting meals I ever had, period. The sweet potatoes are cooked to perfection. Highly recommend I will be back before I leave again.

Poke bowls for days. Another example of the healthy bowl craze in NYC and beyond. This chain of restaurants is pretty consistent and pretty good. It’s targeted at the vegan and gluten free population, and is a better as a lunch option. Food is fresh and reliable. The taste is good but my dining partner wasn’t happy with the selection - she was hoping more for sandwiches as well. The poke bowl is pretty good; portions are fair/moderate size. Price is NYC average - looking at about 12-17 USD a bowl. There are multiple “little beets” all over Manhattan. Good for a quick bite but don’t expect a table cloth experience.

The food is well prepared and nicely portioned to give you a variety of flavors while satisfying your hunger pangs. I particularly love the roasted sweet potatoes and shredded pork here, where they char these ingredients to a crisp, while keeping them deliciously seasoned.

I love it here! The food is so yummy and healthy! I love all the healthy options here. The sweet potatoes and avocado is a favorite. I so look forward to going here (and do quite often!) This new location is great. The staff is amazing and I love that you can take it to go and dine al fresco in the park.

Good value for money for a filling and healthy lunch in midtown. Many grain, greens, and protein options with a variety of tasty sauces. Shorter and faster moving line than sweet green, and you can order in advance! Slow to switch up the menu, but no complaints.
