Sign shows closing at 12AM at 11:20 PM the girls are in there scratching their heads counting money and laying over the counter playing on their phone! Wouldn’t trust those nasty hands with my food anyway! Definitely won’t attempt to eat at this specific location EVER!

Was the worst experience of my life they were rude and very unprofessional

I'm only talking about the krystal in Conyers maybe the dinner and lunch is good but the breakfast is terrible they don't have a breakfast menu up and the person in the window early in the morning is extremely rude they may need to change that window staff person in the morning.. You're WELCOME

It was hum hum gooood! The cashier was pleasant the order was correct & the fries were hot. Krystal's out done themselves today 🤗

Was the worst. They had my buns inside out, 6 onions on hamburger, the whole mustard container on each sandwich... very disappointing!You responded to my experience, which I appreciate that; however, it shouldn't take a second or third visit from a customer for you to get it right. I don't live in your area and my family was hungry. I wasted money because timing wasn't on my side. I had to get a family member run to get my family something to eat when we got to our location. Therefore, I had wasted my money and time... whereas, you should hire people who appreciate their job and give good service and food.Reading these reviews, you all need to do better!

Went this morning waited for my food, only for the cash girl to bring me some old reheated biscuits. When I went to the window to try and get it corrected she called the manager Rosemarie Smith who rather than allowed me to talk came to the windows attitudes blazing saying they not warmed up! Ma’am they are I’m pregnant and my tastebuds are excellent.

Fast service. All the food was not hot. Still very good..

First off, the sign says the dining area closes at 12. The door was locked with people sitting in there. Then I waited in drive thru for about 30 minutes. Only to get to the speaker and they put me on hold again for 5 minutes. When I was asked to place my order by the first person 2 minutes later I was asked to repeat it. I repeat my order, ordering "Loaded Tots, Chili Cheese please..... another person, a dude, comes on very loudly saying "the loads tots are a category, how do you want your tots?" I repeated myself(3rd time).. He comes back on and says it again, very loud like he's yelling. I just said never mind and drive off . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Stopped in for some food for a friend.

i’ve gone to this krystal a number of times hoping the customer service improved, but it hasn’t. i never get so much as a ‘hello’ or ‘have a great day’. when retrieving he payment they simply throw their hand out the window and say nothing. i’m the food is okay, but the customer service is seriously lacking.

There's nothing better than a sackful of Krystal's when you're having a late night on Tik-Tok. Great food great

I went twice, the first time I bought a burger, chick and "nashville hot" chick. No one can seem to do nashville hot chicken. It just ends up being oily and hot with no flavor. Second time, wings, six piece. Disappointed. The buns were soggy and mushy. I couldn't tell if it was too much steam or if it was old. The wings were tiny and they charged almost a dollar a piece. They (wings) tasted good but not enough for the price! If for some reason you really want Krystal, go when it's busy. At least you won't get soggy buns !!

Service was a lil slow but it was good.

I love Krystals... but this place... the food was ok, but we had to wait 10 mins to ask a question, then 10 mins to place our order. The service is by far the absolute worst I have ever experienced at a Krystals. The manager finally came and took our order after the cashier ignored the 6 people in line, only caring about the drive thru (I assume its timed). The manager dashiki was ok, but Krystals should fire the white lady with the long brown hair that worked drive thru Saturday morning on jan 15th.
