The KIng and I Thai Restaurant

I’ve been ordering for years from this restaurant but I’ve noticed that they have decreased their customer service significantly. I placed an order through uber and I asked for an specific sauce, after I called them for 6 times with no answer (to remind them of the sauce since this is not the first time they forget), they decided to answer me and told me to call back in 3 minutes. When I called again they never answered and they never sent me the sauce I wantit. When I called again to talk to a manager, the lady who answered the phone just told me there was no manager, and to talk to him because she couldnt do anything for me. I know it seems like such a little thing, but if Im paying for something and I’ve been a loyal costumer for years, why cant you just send the order how I asked for. I am never ordering from them again.

Very neat and convenient spot. They serve generous meals and for affordable prices. I liked the menu very much and the waiters were very attentive and informative. I recommend this place.
