The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - St.Catharines

Nice cozy atmosphere. Seating is comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very down to earth. The food is tasty and better than I can make. Do not change a thing.

The food was delicious. Our server, Adam, was spot on for being prompt, knowledgable and friendly. The biggest down side was our table. We had a reservation set some time ago and we ended up getting a table that was sized for 4 people with a chair put on the end. For some, this may have worked well. For my family, we are 3 of us over 6 ft tall and so with me being on the end, my legs did not go under the table really at all. It was disappointing to be sure. I will, however make sure to reiterate my enjoyment of the rest of the meal, service and otherwise. A fine establishment to be sure.

Sooooo good! Yum, can't wait to go back. Service was even awesome! I've always loved the Keg, but I have to say, this location rises above the rest by far!

Beautiful building, warm Atmosphere and excellent service. I have yet to be disappointed with the food at The Keg.

Today we went to the keg to celebrate our ten year anniversary. I can honestly say I have never had such amazing customer service right from walking in to the end. We ordered calamari and tuna tartare which were both devine. The calamari was cooked to perfection. We shared the entree of steak and lobster. I highly recommend coming to the keg not only for the food but their amazing staff. Our waitress had an amazing smile welcome personality. Made us feel special on our day and very welcoming. She answered all questions and made us laugh. Angela was amazing!!! I hope your visit at the keg you get her. Truly made it such a wonderful experience.

We had escargot, Brie and jelly, tomato and burrata for appetizer ..the plates was empty after..nothing left:) . After we had the sesame tuna and steak + lobster tail. I can assure you it was delicious too. For desert I had mini cream brûlée ...to tell you the truth outside sitting ( when possible) is much nicer! The service was top!

My wife loves this place and the food and service is always excellent. If it weren't for her I wouldn't ever go because the prices are just way too high. But, you do get a small delicious meal for the price!

Amazing staff & food! We arrived with an 1hr until closing( due to the terrible experience we just had across town at montanas )and the staff treated us like it was any other time of the day. Our waitress was on her toes with the specials and had brought us warm bread within minutes! We had our meals brought out in a timely manner and cooked to perfection. And I must say a very happy staff at the keg, it really makes for a comfortable setting and enjoyable experience.

Amazing food great staff and they had grest live music

The Keg in St Catharines seems to be busy all the time and it is for a reason. The food over all was well executed. Though service was pretty slow, it was quickly forgiven when we got a free ice cream pie dessert because we were celebrating a special occasion. I had prime rib and lobster. Both were cooked perfectly. The beef was tender so was the lobster, not chewy nor overcooked. We ordered baked Brie to share and the waitress was considerate that there were 4 people on the table so she brought us extra toast for the baked Brie. Their sour dough starter was warm and very tasty as usual. Overall I really did enjoy the outing there.

Great service and excellent food. Fun date out with my wife without the kids 😀

The service is very good. Meal size was on the small side. Our Crispy Fried Cauliflower appetizer was enjoyable, and my medium rare New York Striploin was cooked well, but had a considerable amount of fat. Nothing really special about this place.

By far the best keg for miles. Our waitress was fantastic. Valarie a. I think. Tiny blonde woman

What's not to like about the Keg? The food and service is excellent. Bring 2 wallets. I isn't cheap to eat this well.

I hadn't been to any location of The Keg in about 8 years. Happily all my favorites we're still on the menu and we're served perfectly cooked. I received great, attentive service.
