The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Ottawa Manor

Steak and lobster was great. They split the steak order in 2 for us as it was a fairly large portion and we got an extra order of lobster tails to top up our meals. Service was friendly and accommodating would recommend this place. Also the manor setting for the restaurant is interesting.

Early Valentine's Day dinner as the restaurant was totally booked for Friday. Glad we went early - it was quiet even though there was a large crowd, service was impeccable (thanks Jason) and the food was amazing. Of all the Keg locations in Ottawa this is by far our favourite - the atmosphere is so refined.

Excellent service. My piece of prime rib had a piece of gristle running through it, bu it was done to my liking and big enough for my appetite. The staff were wonderful and this made our evening with friends memorable.

You can always count on the Keg for good food, but I thought it was just okay this time. I don’t believe my steak was rested enough. For $40ish entree, you’d expect something better than warm and shaggy tomatoes for your “veggie”... All Staff members were great!!

Very good food and good sized portions. I had the 10oz filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes as a side which also came with some green beans and piece of red pepper. The amount of potatoes was decent, not just a little dab as in some restaurants.If you decide on going for dessert make sure you leave yourself some room as they are also a good size.

We celebrated my mother's 91st birthday this evening at the Keg Manor and it was an excellent experience. The food was amazing, the staff was outstanding and the ambiance was very very nice!! We will definitely be going back!!

A truly spectacular place. Atmosphere and charm, outstanding service and wonderful food. I've been to many Keg's all over the country, this is hand's down, the best.My choice is the Baseball Top Sirloin, always wonderful and cooked to perfection.

Service is lovely, the steak is delish and the ambiance is cosy despite the size, probably because of the fireplace and all the wood. It was my first time at that Keg location and I'm totally going back!

Amazing experience; definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Such a beautiful manor with an elegant interior and exterior. The wait staff was very professional and the food was incredible. A great place for special occasions!

We used a gift card given to us for our anniversary. Loved the atmosphere and location. The public garden is an oasis in the heart of the city. Our meal was very good. My brussel sprouts could have been cooked a little better as some were tender and the larger ones were not quite cooked enough. My chicken and potatoes were delicious. My husband's ribs and chicken were delicious as well. Our server was extremely attentive and gave us the specials. We really enjoyed a lovely dinner and our time at this Keg location.

Food and service was great!! We had a private room for a friend's birthday and the waiters made sure we were well taken care of.

Delicious as all keg locations are but with the unique atmosphere of an old well kept home. Has not let us down in our many visits over the last 3 years. Always get the bacon wrapped fillet with extra garlic cloves on top. Also be sure to ask for the cheese butter for your bread to start.Can’t wait to return post covid restrictions!

The perfect place for an intimate evening and to enjoy a delicious steak. Lots to choose from if steak isn't your thing and they are sensitive to food allergies like gluten and lactose. Arrive early and enjoy a nice walk and take pics in their garden. Don't forget to make a reservation!

Wow , what an experience . The staff were welcoming , attentive and expertly knowledgeable. The decor and feel of the restaurant was unlike any other keg I've attended . The food was , in a word , phenomenal . I don't know if it was the beauty of the building combined with the excellent service/food but the atmosphere definitely made this the best keg experience I've ever had. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to eat in Ottawa . 5/5

Really delicious food and accommodating staff. It was my boyfriend's and my first time at any Keg, ever, and we were a bit nervous, but The Keg Manor was amazing and welcoming. Would definitely go again!
