Great food and 2 for 1 drinks! Service was excellent. Food came out hot and fast. Great first experience.

Ok - not high end dress up dinning! Great Low-country style cuisine as well as other seafood favorites cooked to perfection. Our server was Ivan - could not have been better, service with so much personality! More than 5 stars.

Seriously great food. Very well prepared as well as served. So why 4 not 5 stars, SOUP! No chowder, no gumbo either. A very serious omission from the well appointed menu. The hot shrimp were perfect, served in a rather unconventional plastic bag. Surprising at first, but it makes great sense as you sit and enjoy the fruits from the ocean. A definite return trip soon. Maybe chowder will get on the menu.

We had a waitress at first and sat for 20mins with not even a hello or water or anything. Enrique was this place's savior as he was emergency assigned to us. We witnessed another table she was suppose to be serving walk out and another she already served mess up everything from start to finish.Enrique was great. He was so speedy and attentive eventhough he was serving at least 4 tables. Food here is great and comes out pretty quick once you order. Would recommend!

Had a great experience at The Juicy Crab tonight with my girlfriend. I was surprised to find how well they operated on their first opening day. Food got here quickly and our servers were very attentive. We had the Juicy Feast which consists of crab legs with shrimps and sausage. It was absolutely delicious! I would recommend it to my family and friends whenever they are around the area! Definitely coming back.

Great seafood spot. I definitely recommend the medium juicy special... on everything. Excellent flavor with just the right amount of heat. Wash it all down with a Henny Margarita.

So I've wanted to try this place because I've heard so much about it SO me and my husband decided to go try it out . We had to wait 20 mins but that was ok . The hostess told us our table was ready ok, we sat down we waited for 25 minutes and NOBODY came to take our order do we just left ..I'm so disappointed I will NOT be going back...

The Restaurant is very welcoming. I and my family enjoy the delicious meals. I want to Thank our waiter Enrique for being very tentative and friendly during our visit. Thank you so much to all....

Amazing service. Amazing food. That juicy special seasoning is no joke. I’m very picky about service being that I’m in the hospitality business myself and my server Cristal went above and beyond. Overall it was a great experience.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! We recently visited Orlando for 2 nights and ate here both nights. Then we went on a cruise and to Miami but needed to come back to Orlando to fly home. We found ourselves at the Juicy Crab for the 3rd time! Service was a little slow the first night, it was really busy and I think our server was new. But the other two times, it was fast efficient and DELICIOUS! You guys should really open up some stores in Canada =)

I ordered Shrimp and sweet potato wedges and Fried fish They told me I had a choice of 5 different sauces I selected honey mustard. No honey mustard in the bag The fried fish What fish it was all batter. In my opinion the only bright spot To this establishment was the hostess & the bartender Both were tentative To what I wanted. I ordered 2 T-shirt As well.

Talk about a great experience! Sean was our server and has been the best experience while in Orlando. His recommendations were top notch, incredibly friendly, and attentive. The food was outstanding. Such a good casual vibe. 10/10

This place is ran by poor management!!! We have been waiting for an hour to sit down!! The manager is taking to go orders and ignoring the customers right in his face!! Hospitality 101....take care of the customers in your face!! The wait staff are not wearing gloves and barely wearing face mask!!!! Do not eat here if you are worried about cleanliness during these COVID times!!!

The place was very nice and clean, Everybody was so welcoming and nice, no wait, served fast..our server nicholi was so awesome, all his recommendations were great! The food came piping hot...everything was delicious! Also its great that their manager always stopped by to make sure everyone was okay, you asked for something and it came fast! Will definitely be back again and again...

OMG! I had the Your Special with snow crab, lobster, shrimp, potatoes, corn and cheesecake for dessert. Everything was amazing! I had the house juicy sauce at a mild heat which turned out to be perfect for me. I can take some heat but the server correctly directed me to mild because he said medium heat made you sweat! Loved this place. We will definately be back when we're back in town.
