Hi Tanehia, We do offer some vegan items, like our coconut crunch trail mix and our gingersnaps. Most of our baked goods are made using eggs or honey though. We are dairy-free. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Gary, as of right now I am not aware of any GF classes. There are a lot of resources online and some great cookbooks that might help her.
