Island Grill is an amazing restaurant situated inside The Royal Lancaster hotel. It predominantly serves organic and locally sourced products with an accent on sustainability. It serves a variety of European dishes along with modern British cuisine. The food was succulent with a definite expertise in the art of plating and the service was excellent. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Had a wonderful party here, staff were extremely attentive and food was absolutely delicious. The price of dishes are varied and you can find a good valued option easily. The location is also excellent for making a great impression on guests and friends. Thank you!

Oh my God!!! Amazing restaurant!! The food was so delicious. I took a ribeye steak and it was heavenly! The starter salad with beetroots was great too. However the best and most delicious dish was the dessert! I took the apple tart with ice cream. This place definitely deserves 5 stars. Also the staff was so friendly. It's a bit expensive but totally worth it! :)
