Most of the staffs here is polite and cool! They always do that job without harassing customers.

This liquor store is the embodiment of Ypsilanti, for better or for worse. If you dislike Ypsilanti you probably won't like it here and just think it's a normal weird liquor store. However if you appreciate the character of Ypsilanti, this is a liquor store that will more often than not give you weird and zany stories to tell other people.

It's a liquor store and more. The cashiers are frequently hilarious. Take notes on their conversations and write yourself a one-act play. You might win a prize.

Great selections & fair prices.

Went to this store with my husband a couple weeks back. He paid with a card. A couple hours later he got an email with a survey; at the end of the survey it asked if there was anything he wanted the owner to know. He told them he'd like for them to carry a particular item. Surprisingly he got a response! They exchanged several messages to find out the exact item and then ordered it. They also told him when it would be in. Today they messaged to find out if he was aware that it was in because they were almost sold out. They informed him they'd be ordering more for him. Awesome customer service!!!!! Is also a cool place with interesting employees that are friendly.

Probably have one of the best selections in the area, but the customer service isn’t the best. Store is also not that well organized or clean.

Trashy, dirty liquor store with pathetically mannerless employees. I am not yet sure what was scarier - the crowd outside, or that cashier woman. Better stay without beer than visit this one, ladies and gentlemen. Warned youEdit : I was very surprised to see that the owner of the place actually responded to my feedback; therefore, I make a conclusion that he cares about his business and will attempt to make things better. I welcome such an attitude and will change my rating to 3 stars for now and will try visiting again next week during the day, when I will need to buy beverages for my husband's birthday.

Not always the friendliest bunch of people working there but they have a wide array of drinks and snacks.

Helpful, friendly employees and a decent selection of craft beers and liquor, some groceries, etc. Busy in the evenings, better to go in the afternoon.

Nice, friendly service. Clean. A bit pricey as one would expect for a location just on the edge of EMU's campus. They sell wine, but no liquor or lottery tickets.
