The Hungry Hillbilly

I came on Friday and got their BBQ pork plate. I try BBQ everywhere I go and this was truly some of the best I have had. Sauce was great too and make sure to get the Brunswick stew! I will be back for more.

My boyfriend paid for a salad last night it was okay, but the salad was very small for $6.50 one dressing and not a lot of items on it just lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and the turkey. No eggs, onions, croutons, crackers, I will stick with Mike and Ed's BBQ.

The hungry hillbilly is a great place for lunch or dinner. The prices are very reasonable. The food is grea t. The have brownies and honey bun cake is awesome .

The food was delicious... We had 3 different hamburger combos.. all were very good.. Staff/owners were very friendly and available... Definitely​ a place to eat..... Wish they stayed open a little later some days.... maybe some weekends will start to sell beer with the wings and burgers...but still keep a nice place to eat..... friendly neighborhood pub atmosphere....just a thought....:-).... All in all you should give them a try!!!!!

Not to impressed pork wasn't fresh potato salad had no taste Brunswick stew more sauce no texture,but my waitress was on point and the tea was good.i will try it again with a difference chose in food,we will see how it goes,every place has a bad day

Good ol' fashioned burgers, chicken, catfish, and salads with hillbilly themed signs and decor. The owners are good down-home folks, and the prices are reasonable! Don't drive past this hidden gem on Manchester Expy in Columbus, GA!
