I've been here at least once a week since they opened as it's close to one of my work locations. MOST of the time it's really good. However, the past few times the regular drinks I get have been very inconsistent. I raved about how good the Pecan Pie drink was and then my next one tasted like warm milk. I would recommend better training of all staff members on how to make the menu drinks. I will say that they have friendly service so that's always nice.

I've been here twice with my husband. Both times I was not impressed. Both drinks I tried, the chai tea and the Irish drink too. Both tasted like watered coffee and watered down milk. The ladies were extremely nice both times though.

The Human Bean vs Starbucks: The Human Bean has almost stolen my heart from Starbucks. So far, the only drink I still prefer from Starbucks is a Chai Latte. Unfortunately, their chai option tastes entirely different. Every other drink has been comparable to or better than Starbucks. The Human Bean's happy hour is the most incredible part and the bean on top is the best touch ever. Right now, the only other thing Starbucks has that I really hope The Human Bean moves toward soon is the capability to order on the app ahead of time so that it is ready and you can just pick it up. They do however have payment and reward options on their app already. The staff is super kind and personable. Several of them have remembered not only my face but my drink choice. Overall, I prefer The Human Bean, so far❣ ☕

Fun little drive thru place next to T Bell on Harrodsburg Rd. Great iced coffee. Doesn't need to be dressed up or modified, just pure smooth cold bre coffee as it should be. Drive thru or walk up only no seating inside, but the building is creative and stylish and it's very convenient from the road. Loved it!

Just stopped by here for the first time. Everyone was really friendly. We could see into the shop via the drive through window and it looked INCREDIBLY clean. My iced mocha late was not bitter (as my coffee/espresso often is from other places) and my bagle was really good. Some places in town serve cheap bagles that taste like they were bought in a 6 pack from Costco or something... Not this one. Not sure where the bagles are from but it was yummy as could be. We will be back! I want to try their macha drinks!

The espresso is so good and the team is so nice and helpful every time! They're so fast every time :)
