The Hollow Bistro & Brew

Had a couple specials that included scallops they were amazing. Very fresh very tender. The salads were very fresh and I love the dressings. This place is got such a great setup now with a great bar area a nice dining room and patio as well as a private room. Nothing else in Clarence comes close. Food is always great. I worked as a bartender and a server. Our server was one of the best I've ever encountered I think her name was Cheryl. She had knowledge and personality which is hard to find. This place is great but make no mistake you are only as good as your employees in the restaurant business. They've got good people there!

Brunch service was beautiful, delicious and flawless. The staff is wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at the jazz brunch. Great food, good drink specials and the music was just the right volume. The waitress was also fantastic.

Excellent. Very diverse menu. Good drink selection with many local beers that were in season. Food was really good and service was outstanding. Will be going back

Great food and atmosphere!

Arrived at 2 pm on a Saturday, the bartender was also a server thus was completely overwhelmed and stressed out. The manager sat at the bar not helping out at all. The food was fresh and delicious but if you expect service, you will get none.

Had a great lunch here last week the service was very good, the food and atmosphere was great, but it wasn't cheap. Lunch for two with a couple drinks was $60.00.

Great food. Great service. I liked the combination of different flavors within their meal choices.

My Husband and I came in for the first time a few months ago, Jessica was the best server. Explained the menu, helped us chose what to get, my husband a steak special and myself the salmon on the menu with almonds, it was wonderful. We have been back to see her since and it is our new favorite spot! Keep up the good work hollow
