Thank you for the delicious meal! Definitely order a side of toast. It was a nice and filling! My favourite is the scrambled eggs! So soft!!!!!

Love this place for a burger, beer and patio any day!

I went there with friends over the weekend and the bartender Stephanie was absolutely amazing! I would return just for her bubbly presence! We were recommended this cute mismatched pub by a friend who got served by her and said if we want to go out on a late evening to hit up Hintonburg Public House! The beers were great and the late night grilled cheese was delicious!

Popped in for an easy dinner one Sunday evening and was surprised to find the place empty! One of the few places in the area open late on Sundays, at least in the summer. Pretty good food and a good beer selection, prices are average for the city.

Went here with a birthday reservation last weekend. Wasn't given a menu, and the wait staff was rude and unhelpful. Spent so little time at the table we only ordered 1 drink in a whole hour and never even had a chance to get good before being asked to leave.Worst service in ottawa, 1 star is too many.

Brunch was enjoyable and the tourtière was tasty. Creative decor, vintage cups are s nice touch.

I went in the afternoon between lunch and dinner, so the place was quiet. Very nice and attentive service, good beer list. I had the beef burger and it was excellent! The room is decorated in a motif of reclaimed furniture, wood and glassware. The room is bright, even though it was a rather dark day outside. I intend to go back.

The Hintonburg Public House is a lovely little restaurant in the heart of Hintonburg. Beautiful set up, and decor. The restaurant has such an inviting feel to it. I've been going for a few years whenever I'm in Ottawa, and I've always had a great experience. Everything from service, to food and drink, to cleanliness. Prices are reasonable. I recommend visiting if you're in the area. Can be quite busy in the evenings on the weekends.
