The Hideaway Cocktail & Tapas Bar

One of my favorite cocktail bars, period. That is a bold statement. Started and ended multiple adventures here. Open very late, this is the bar all the other bartenders come to after hours. Gorgeous, intimate, slightly whimsical space. Welcoming staff (hey Laura and Tiffany!) Great, creative menu with a well-organized grid system. What more can you ask for? Note, it shares an entrance with a somewhat... sketchy club, so if you see a line when you get there, the club is probably open and line is probably not for the bar. Be polite, let the bouncer know you're going to Flying Dutchmen and they'll probably let you pass.

Small cosy place with great selection of cocktails, extraordinary menu and fast and friendly service. Definitely worth checking out even if you are not a cocktail person: they are so good that you’ll become one.

Best place in Amsterdam for Cocktails! Good service (rare in Amsterdam!) Extremely creative and even educative menu (rotates regularly too) - LOVE IT!
