An iconic global centre of the world that has inspired the world with its brilliant architecture, movies, and art. Also known as the Big Apple, New York is well-known for its magnificent skyscrapers, Broadway shows and beautiful landmarks, making it the perfect destination for travellers from all over the world. From the flashy neon lights and the hustle and bustle of Times Square to the skyscrapers of Wall Street and the verdant ways of Central Park, New York City never ceases to amaze with its energy and vibrancy. World-class exhibition halls like MoMA and exceptional world heritage sites like the Statue of Liberty are simply captivating. Broadway shows, ethnic enclaves and shops, memorable lanes of stately brownstones, in vogue bars and diners all add to the urban buzz. This modern city is home to millions of immigrants and is cosmopolitan in a way no other city can be.

Great experience! Walking through the museum and representations of how it was built was very impressive. Even the elevator ride up to the observatory had a movie in the ceiling about it. Walking outside to see the skyline of NYC from several vantage points was awesome. Foreigners from everywhere came to see how magnificent this city is. 🇺🇸

First off, wow. this place is BEAUTIFUL. I went there at around 6 pm on a friday night, and it was relatively empty. Great view, cool museum. While you may think the top is cold around here, they have heaters that warm you very well. Be warned, however. The first ticket machines you see are for the express line. These tickets can cost up to $110 more than regular ones. Just amazing.

Beautiful Towering Skyscraper With Massive Amounts Of History. The Top Of The Tower Is Always Brightly Lit In Color At Night Similar To Boston's New Bridge. The View Is Insane And Amazing And You Can Spot Many Other Places Within NYC Including The World Trade Center. Bring Your Jacket Though No Matter What Season It Is!It Is Windy On The Viewing Platform And Often Cold!

The building architecture inside is beautiful. The photos, videos, and attractions inside make it a fun and interesting trip to the top. Once you get to the lower observation deck, you're outside but they have many heat lamps so you're not miserable when it's cold. I highly recommend that you upgrade and get access to the upper observation deck because of old NY hospitality that you're greeted with by the extremely friendly staff. The gift shop has many nice items including high end gifts.

We chose to go to the Empire State Building at night to try and avoid crazy lines and crowds. There was still a large number of people, but not too bad. There is a lot of detail that goes into the trip to the top of the building where you'll see the outrageous views. This includes numerous photo opportunities and insight into the building's history. Unfortunately, during our visit, the employees here were less than helpful. As first time visitors, you'd believe they'd instruct you, but many of them stayed silent with no instruction on where we were supposed to go. The real treasure is once you reach the top. The views are breathtaking. If you go at night or on a cold day, they do have heat lamps that wrap around the 86th floor exterior to where it isn't freezing. Definitely worth the trip!

While a bit pricey to visit the 86th floor viewing deck (and even more to go to level 102 I think) it is well worth it! You will have to go through security and remove your jackets. Be warned that it’s MUCH colder at the top than it is on the sidewalk. I believe it was 30°f when we were there at 9pm. They have warming lamps up top which is cool and I recommend going at night to see the beautiful city lights! Loved seeing the museum and all the cool features included in your ticket. Awesome 360° view!

It's a unique structure with a lovely view over New York. The elevator up is done very well with some entertainment. Also the added museum gives a great perspective to how it was all constructed. It's pretty bussy so expect long lines. Even if you have fast line tickets. The only downside that I experienced was the picture with green screen you can make. When you're done with the view you can see the picture. They immediately print it out for you even if you don't actually want it. You feel obliged to pay. And it's way too expensive for 1 picture. This could be done better in my opinion.

The experience is very cool! We loved the walk and the exhibits they had before you went to the observation deck. The old elevator shaft with the glass floor was so cool! Once you get to the observation deck, it was great having 360 views of the city. We went up the top point too and it was cool but I feel we could have skipped it and just done the observation deck.

We did this and the top of the Rock with our city pass. This place was awesome and I love how they have added so much to it to make it much more than just going up to see the skyline. There are a lot of educational museum type props there no as well that my husband said didn't used to be. The line to get in is a struggle and patience is key but I would certainly recommend it over TOR if you had to chose! It was so beautiful GO AT NIGHT!!

Was skeptical before visiting after seeing a lot of crowds waiting in queue. Once I saw the panoramic view from the top then it blew my mind to see the glory of the Big Apple 360 degrees. Really appreciate the tall skyscrapers built from 1930's which are still standing intact. Visit this building on weekdays to avoid the crowds.

I personally wasn't over-excited about doing this, but I can honestly say the whole experience was so much better than I could have imagined. The journey from the door to the top is simply brilliant. There are displays and boards giving lots of actual interesting information. There are interactive bits with screens and king kong. There's information about the construction, and the ceiling in the lifts are something else (I won't spoil it).Absolutely great experience. And the view from the top is, well, you can imagine. As I said, I wasn't too fussed before we went - I would advise EVERYONE to do this place. Its great. And if you only have time to go up a couple of the tall structures, make this one of them.

Obviously it's a monument and everyone loves the views. What I'm rating this on is the staff knowledge and attitude. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, I had not received a email confirmation for my tickets and was unable to print them out. After panicking about the tickets a staff was able to help me print them from their end of the system. It's always a great experience, and a must see attraction.

It really is spectacular. The building just breathes history. Amazing new lobby/museum where you can learn some facts from the past. Also very interactive. People running working there are just a joy. They really love what they are doing. And once you get to the top, it truly is breathtaking.
