The Halal Guys

I didn’t want to write a bad review to one of my favorite joints in town, but after my last 2 personal experiences, and my friends telling me the same thing , I decided to do it.This store used to be the best, good portions, friendly workers and amazing prices. Recently, they hired a gentleman of an Asian ethnicity ( to be as specific as possible , and also not to be racist) and I think everyone knows who I’m talking about. He simply treats the costumers as a burden. You notice that the portion he is putting are smaller than usual and call him out on it? He puts 2 pieces of meat over them as petty. You tell him to add a bit more white sauce? He puts the whole bottle and literally makes it swim in it as petty. Tell him to add your phone number? Machine is broken, every time. Sad to see the only halal guys in the area went to dumpster.

Food was okay. Not the actual Halal guys feel. Food was not too hot. Would recommend to keep your hopes low before entering. Also they need a better customer service.

Their platters are so tasty and filling. Something magical in their rice. I always go for an extra portion of falafel and then cant finish thee meal. It can be warm in the summer around here, although I'm sure they have AC.
