The Halal Guys

Every single time we order Uber eats from this restaurant a whole meal is missing even though we were charged for it and it is on the receipt in the bag it comes in. Uber has been kind enough to refund the money we were charged for the meal, but otherwise no other compensations have been made when this has become a reoccurring problem. It’s obvious that your staff needs retraining because I don’t see how it is possible that you can get the hummus and fries I ordered with my meal in the bag but not my actual meal. Your staff is rude on the phone and they don’t want to be bothered in helping us. We loved halal guys and didn’t want to stop getting food from the company but at this point dealing with your staff is more trouble than it’s worth.

There sushi is really out of this world anyone who's a fan of Japanese seafood should check this place out!!!

I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I love how their service is always excellent and they keep the place clean all the time. Rates are fair and they serve large portions.

I ate their twice so far and absolutely love their beef gyro... fries were great also!! Nice and crispy! Best part is their white sauce and hot sauce!! Hot sauce is hot but oh so good... I can see why they charge for extra.. however I did pay 69 cents for a packet only to not find i.t in my bag today when I got all the way back to work😩 But simple mistake... for the most part the staff was nice today ... last night when I went the staff was superb... young girl at the counter had a great personality!! Deff will be a regular customer

I got the beef and chicken combo, OMG it was phenomenal!!! The satff is so awesome! Made friends with Ben and the rest of the staff, such cool people. Can't wait till i come back!!!

Always clean. Always friendly service. I always get the same thing (regular lamb platter with double meat and white sauce on the side) and it never disappoints. This is my comfort food for when I'm feeling down and need a taste of NYC.

My favorite lunch spot in New Haven for fast and delicious take-out

Combo plate was soooo good! Fresh, hot, huge portions, and you can tell they know their stuff! Their hot sauce is NO JOKE so listen when they tell you. Employees are dope and friendly and answer all your questions.

The food is regularly well prepared and delicious, staff members gives good customer service. I like how neat it is and atmosphere. Will come visit again.

Their taste has not changed at all. I have been coming here for the past couple of years and their hot sauce still gets me sweating - and I love it! Service is quick and pleasant. We went in with a group of first - timers but the staff was kind enough to explain the menu (Tynain-Krystal and Jenniffer👍). This is also one of the most hygienic places in New Haven downtown. Will keep coming back from Hartford to New Haven every once in a while for their hot sauce.

It was my first time there. I went in there yesterday, the staff was really helpful and friendly. Really liked the food. It was so delicious. The place is very clean. 10/10

Halal Guys need no introduction to most people who live near NYC. Since New Haven is a 2 hour train ride away from there, I have eaten st Halal Guys often. Their New Haven location to me is a good option to walk from work or take my international guests there who prefer halal certified meat. The staff and management is efficient and very nice. So yummy and fast! Spicy flavorful and, well, probably not healthy, but at least balanced. Veggies and beautiful falafel - so light. I love this place.
