The Habit Burger Grill

Yummy! Loves rhe green beans and there chicken breast was very flavorful.

First time visitor to Habit Burger and grill. Ordinarily, I do not provide feedback for poor service but I must share. Maybe my comments will help improve service. My order was placed at 2:05 and I finally received it at 2:23. It was a carry our order (mistake) on my part. When I arrived home about 7 minutes later, found the burger buns were burnt badly and the meat was dried out. I tossed it after two bites. Luckily, the fries were edible. Who screws up a hamburger order? Last visit for me.

Well it’s not often, in fact, it’s very rare, if ever, that I would go out of my way to write a review for any business. However, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and was astounded by the bad attitude of some of the staff. I worked in the food industry making minimum wage for almost a decade while I went to school and raised a child and I never treated people, let alone customers, so poorly. Anyways, I’m over it, and I do not plan on going back to this particular establishment. P.S. To the very young girl that was working, who thought what she was doing was way more important then anybody else’s time, I really wish you the best in your future. I only hope that time and experience will help to humble you.
