I ordered on line from their menu, and I never got it. The charge went to my card. I placed the order at 9:30 PM. When it had not arrived and I had not heard from them called at 10:30 and no one answered the phone. I want my money back.

Don’t let the hoards of students deter you—The Greek Lady is a University City staple that boasts a huge menu and plenty of seating. It wasn’t for many years after my first visit there that I returned and realized how expansive the offerings we’re! Whether you’re in the mood for a burger, a salad, breakfast (all day), traditional Greek fare, or the delicious grilled chicken pita sandwich pictured below, everyone is sure to find something they love. Great place for large groups or if you’re just there solo.

Best place to eat around the UPenn area I have never been disappointed. The food is very good and everything is worth it. I do security in the area and Greek Lady is my go to spot on every lunch break. I high recommend the Cheese Stakes

I got the Cheesesteak. The roll was very good. It had a good amount of chopped meat. The cheese, fried onions and mushrooms were mixed in with the meat nicely. The lettuce and tomato were fresh. Very good portions. Nice big and clean place. I will be back for the Gyro. I wish they had parking. Big menu.

My first gyro experience was great! Lots of fillings with nicely-marinated meat. Chips (fries to Americans) inside the gyro were pretty nicely fried too. My friend had a platter which was really big in portion. Would come here again!

Been here 10+ times because it's on Penn's campus. Disclaimer: not a huge fan of Greek food but definitely have had better options in Philly.Cons:- Gyros can be quite heavy - it's great that they add fries inside but even with sauce, they feel dry and dense- Not a big fan of their breakfast, it just feels very "okay" to me and like something you could probably make yourselfRecs:- When I do go, it's because I'm looking for my classic healthier dish - the grilled chicken plate. It's a big amount of food - there's a big serving of grilled chicken, pita, and a choice of 2 veggies (I usually get roasted veggies + fries). They let you choose a sauce as well (I go for honey mustard). Though the portion is large, the chicken can be a bit dry.

The food is good. The consistency of their prices is terrible. A gyro cost $8.45 but add fries and it becomes $14.25. So, French fries cost almost $6? Your menu and store pricing is not consistent and misleads your customers.

14 years since my first Gyro (C'08) and still going strong. Great value for money and good food. Penn is ever grateful Greek lady.. I liked the new decor and larger dining area.
