There is curb parking, on main as well as the side streets. There are also several parking garages within a decent walking distance as well. I personally usually park on main when I'm down there. Parking can at times be a bit tough, but isn't generally tough to find a spot if you are willing to circle around a time or two

We do accommodate private events in the lounge area, tap room, etc. To reserve this, you'd send in an event form on the website under the Grand Events tab
They have a patio and a downstairs still under construction as of a couple weeks ago. The parts that are open now are normal public space and are wide open.
There is a regular menu & late night menu. The full menu stops at 11 pm.
Yes, they will be open from 4pm to midnight.
There is a cool courtyard out back where pets are allowed and you can let em off the leash cause its fenced in
