The chocolate chip ice cream was flavorful and creamy. I also tried the churro con cafe. It was delicious. It came right out of the oven and was drizzled with caramel. Yum!

I don't think I'm a fan of this whole churro fad. It's usually hyped up with the cute business interior, where it's trendy and very Instagram ready. This is the same for Grail. The shop is aesthetically pleasing, and photogenic. The staff was friendly and patient while explaining the menu & process. However, the ice cream and churros are sub par. The churros are not freshly made. They are thick and too hard to bite into. I had the churro ice cream sandwich. So when I took a bite into it, the two churros squeezed down and all the ice cream came out. It was a sticky mess. Also, it was VERY sweet.
